Keep the synthetic grass clean.
Artificial turf traps heat and residue in Las Vegas. We clear the waste, rinse the surface and brush the blades so they stand up.
- Solid waste removed and bagged
- Rinsed using your working spigot
- Blades brushed against the grain

Our turf maintenance process
We follow a three-step routine specifically designed for artificial grass installations.
Complete waste pickup
We walk the turf area and remove all the solid waste before we introduce any water.
Surface water rinse
We attach to your outdoor spigot and rinse the area to wash away the remaining organic residue.
Grooming and brushing
We use a specialized broom to brush the synthetic blades against their grain so they stand upright.
Service benefits and requirements
What our turf maintenance achieves, and what we need from your property to do it.
Prevents baked-on residue
Regular rinsing stops fine waste from baking into the plastic blades during the summer heat.
Restores the lawn appearance
Brushing the turf lifts the flattened fibers, keeping the installation looking fresh and well-kept.
Working spigot required
We must have access to a functioning outdoor water connection to perform the rinse step.
No pressure washing
We use standard hose pressure only. We do not use pressure washers on the turf backing.

“The artificial turf gets so hot in the Las Vegas summer that the smell was awful. Quail Scoop picks up the waste on my scheduled route day, rinses the surface with my hose, and applies their enzyme spray. The regular schedule keeps the odor controlled when temperatures rise.”

Questions about turf care
Details on how we manage artificial grass on our regular routes.
Call (702) 000-0000Do I need to supply the hose?
No, you only need to provide a working outdoor spigot and your own hose. We bring the rest of the tools.
Why do you brush the turf?
Dogs running on the turf and the water from the rinse push the blades flat. Brushing them against the grain lifts them back up.
Does the rinse remove all odors?
The rinse washes away physical residue, but turf still holds heat and smells. We recommend adding our enzyme deodorizer spray after the rinse.
What if there is standing water on the turf?
If poor drainage or a monsoon storm leaves standing water on the turf, we must wait for it to drain completely before servicing the area.
