Managing community waste

HOAs face unique challenges when residents do not pick up after their dogs.

  • Shared pet areas

Parks and greenbelts accumulate waste that makes the shared spaces unusable for families.

  • Resident complaints

Unmanaged waste leads to frustration and constant complaints to the HOA board.

  • HOA rules

HOAs require strict landscaping standards that are ruined by lingering dog waste.

  • Storm drain pollution

Accumulated waste washes into storm drains during monsoon rain, flowing toward the Las Vegas Wash and Lake Mead.

How to start HOA service

We evaluate the property carefully before proposing a schedule to the board.

  1. Property review from a map

We look at the community layout to locate the shared parks and existing stations.

  2. Walkthrough

We walk the grounds with you to identify the specific areas getting the most traffic.

  3. Written proposal

We submit a formal proposal to the board with our recommended schedule and price.

  4. Ongoing service with a monthly report

We start the routes and send a detailed service report to the HOA every month.

“Quail Scoop manages the stations and grounds for our entire master-planned community. They provide a certificate of insurance and send a monthly report.”

Common HOA questions

Details on contracts, invoicing and how we support community boards.

Call (702) 000-0000
Do you require a contract for HOAs?

How do you invoice the community?

We invoice commercial properties directly on standard net 15 payment terms, rather than requiring a card on file.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and provide the certificate of insurance to the property manager or board on request.

Can you handle large master-planned communities?

Yes. We offer custom schedules up to daily service to manage the waste stations and grounds of large Las Vegas communities.
