How we build your quote
Number of dogs
More dogs produce more waste over time, which increases the time we spend sweeping the yard. Each additional dog beyond the first adds a flat three dollars to your base per-visit rate.
Yard size and surface type
Large properties take longer to walk in our standard grid pattern. The type of surface also changes the quote. Finding and removing dried waste from decorative rock beds or artificial turf requires more careful attention than sweeping a flat natural grass lawn.
Frequency and accumulation
We price visits based on how often we come out. A twice weekly schedule costs less per stop than an every other week route. When you first sign up for recurring service, we quote the initial cleanup separately based on how many weeks of accumulation we need to clear before your regular plan begins.
Location and access
Your location within our Las Vegas valley service area can influence the quote. Complex access conditions, such as securing protective dogs or navigating locked side gates, also factor into the overall route time.
Add-on treatments
You can choose to add optional services to your visits. Yard deodorizing treatments and hauling the bagged waste away rather than leaving it in your bin are quoted as add-on fees.
What we never charge
We keep our billing straightforward. There is no sign-up fee to join our routes. Because we operate on a month to month basis with no long-term contracts, there is never a cancellation fee when you need to stop service.

No long-term contract
No long-term commitments
Residential service with Quail Scoop is strictly month to month. We do not require long-term contracts to keep your yard on our route. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time simply by giving us notice before your next scheduled route day.
If you are going out of town or the dogs will not be using the yard, you can pause your service for up to eight weeks and keep your assigned spot on the route. If you need to stop service completely, there is never a cancellation fee.

We pride ourselves on doing thorough work, but if you ever find a spot that our technician missed, we want to make it right. Just send us a text message with a photo of the missed area within twenty-four hours of your scheduled visit.
We will send a technician back to re-scoop the missed spot free of charge within two business days. If that timing does not work for you, we will happily apply a credit for that visit directly to your next monthly bill.

Is there a sign-up fee to start?
No. We never charge a sign-up fee to join the route. You simply pay for the initial cleanup if your yard needs one, and then your standard monthly rate begins.
How do you handle the monthly billing?
We process payments once a month. Your card on file is charged on the first of the month for all scheduled visits in that upcoming cycle.
What happens in the middle of a month?
If you start service partway through the month, your first invoice is prorated to cover only the remaining visits for that specific month.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
No. Because our residential service is strictly month to month with no long-term contracts, there is never a fee to pause or cancel your plan.
How do skipped visits work?
If you need to skip a visit, just let us know before 5 PM the day prior. We will apply a credit for that skipped stop to your next monthly bill.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We keep your preferred card securely on file for the monthly charge.
