Our patio and paver process

We follow a direct routine to clear out waste from your hardscaping.

  1. Remove the solid waste

We start by picking up all the solid waste from the patio, pavers or concrete pad.

  2. Rinse the surface

Using your outdoor spigot, we wash away the remaining fine residue on the hardscape.

  3. Apply deodorizer

If requested, we spray our enzyme and probiotic deodorizer to control lingering odors.

Service benefits and requirements

What our patio service achieves, and the limits of the cleanup.

  • Prevents hardened buildup

Regular removal and rinsing stops waste from baking onto the concrete in the summer sun.

  • Keeps the patio usable

Removing the waste regularly keeps the hardscape clear for you and your guests.

  • Working spigot required

We must have access to a functioning water connection to rinse the patio or pavers.

  • No chemical cleaners

We do not use pressure washers or apply harsh chemicals, especially on natural stone.

“Our dogs use the paver patio heavily and it was getting difficult to keep clear of waste. Quail Scoop scoops it twice a week and rinses the pavers down. They do not use any chemical treatments on natural stone, which keeps our backyard surface looking good.”

Questions about patio cleaning

How we manage concrete, pavers and hardscapes on our routes.

Call (702) 000-0000
Do you pressure wash the concrete?

No, we do not use pressure washers. We use standard hose pressure to rinse away the visible organic residue.

Can you use cleaner on natural stone?

No. To prevent damage to your hardscaping, we do not use chemical treatments or harsh cleaners on natural stone pavers.

Do I need to supply the hose?

You just provide a working outdoor spigot and your own hose for us to use.

What if it rained recently?

If poor drainage or a recent storm leaves standing water on the patio, we must wait for it to drain completely before servicing the area.
