Recurring service

Recurring yard routes

Our regular routes run Monday to Saturday, offering twice weekly, weekly or every other week visits. You are assigned a fixed route day and a morning or afternoon window so you always know when to expect us.

Service is entirely month to month with no long-term contract. We text you when the technician is on the way, and send a completion photo of your latched gate as soon as the yard is clear.

One-time cleanups and add-ons

Beyond our regular routes, we offer single visits for heavy accumulation and treatments specifically for artificial turf and rock yards.

Choosing your schedule

Pick a frequency that fits your dog count and yard size. Most households do well with a weekly visit, but smaller yards often need more.

  • Twice weekly

    $14per visit, one dog

A frequent schedule that keeps waste from building up on small turf spaces.

    • Two visits per week
    • Suits small yards and multiple dogs
    • Add $3 per visit for each extra dog
  • Most chosen

    Weekly

    $17per visit, one dog

The regular rhythm that keeps most Las Vegas yards maintained all year.

    • One visit per week
    • The most chosen schedule
    • Billed monthly to a card on file
  • Every other week

    $24per visit, one dog

A basic sweep for a single dog in a large yard or one that stays indoors.

    • One visit every other week
    • Suits a single dog with a large yard
    • Pause or cancel with simple notice

All starting prices cover one dog. Adding dogs, large yard sizes and requested add-ons like turf rinsing will increase your quoted visit rate.

What a one-time visit covers

We clear out months of accumulation in a single scheduled visit, ideal for homes going on the market or preparing for a big backyard event.

  • Cleared in one visit

We remove all visible accumulation across the agreed areas of the yard.

  • Waste bagged in your bin

Everything is bagged, tied securely and placed in your outdoor trash bin.

  • Gates checked and latched

Before the technician leaves, we make sure your side gates are securely latched.

  • Completion photo sent

You receive a text with a photo of the latched gate once the job is finished.

Yard deodorizing treatments

Summer heat bakes waste into rock and turf. Our yard-safe spray helps break down the residue that causes lingering odors.

  • Enzyme and probiotic spray

The yard-safe formula breaks down organic residue to tackle odors at the source.

  • Odor control, not sterilizing

It reduces smells but is not a sterilizer and does not kill parasites or disease.

  • Short drying time

Dogs can go back outside as soon as the yard is dry, usually about twenty minutes.

  • Works on multiple surfaces

Effective over grass lawn, artificial turf, gravel and decorative rock beds.

  • Flexible scheduling

Add it to every visit, every other visit, or as a single treatment from $12.

Turf and hardscape cleaning

Artificial grass and patios need special attention. We clear the waste, rinse the surface and groom turf blades so they stand up properly.

  • Waste pickup

We clear all solid dog waste from the turf, pavers, dog run or concrete patio.

  • Surface rinsing

We rinse the area using your working outdoor hose spigot to wash away residue.

  • Turf brushing

After rinsing, we brush synthetic grass against the grain so the blades stand up.

  • Service limitations

We do not pressure wash or use chemicals on natural stone. Standing water must drain.

Standards for every yard

Our technicians follow a strict protocol so you get a thorough, sanitary cleanup every time we visit your property.

  • Grid pattern walking

We walk the agreed yard areas in a careful grid to find hidden waste.

  • Bagged and tied securely

Waste is collected, tied off and placed directly in your outdoor trash bin.

  • Gate latched and checked

We pull the gate shut and check the latch so your dogs remain safely in the yard.

  • Sanitized tools and shoes

Footwear and tools are treated with a kennel-grade spray before entering.

  • On the way text

You receive a message when the route vehicle is heading to your neighborhood.

  • Completion text and photo

We send a final message with a photo of the secured gate when we finish.

Access and weather expectations

Las Vegas yards have unique challenges, from locked side gates to intense summer heat. Here is how we handle routes in the valley.

  • Gate access

Keep the gate unlocked or provide a code. A locked gate counts as a visit.

  • Dogs in the yard

Friendly dogs can stay out. Protective or anxious dogs must be secured inside.

  • Summer heat routes

From June to September, routes start at 6 AM to beat the extreme temperatures.

  • Rain and flash floods

We work in light rain. Lightning or flash flood warnings pause the route.

How to prepare your yard

Help our technicians do thorough work by preparing the backyard before your scheduled route day arrives.

  • Unlock the gate

Leave the side gate open or make sure we have the current combination code.

  • Secure protective dogs

Bring dogs that are nervous or protective of their space indoors.

  • Pick up toys and hoses

Clear the lawn of dog toys, scattered hoses and construction debris.

  • Manage the grass

Keep natural grass mowed under six inches so waste remains visible.

  • Note the cleanup areas

Tell us which parts of the yard or side runs we need to cover.

  • Keep our number handy

Save our text number so you can reach out with any route questions.

Keeping your yard safe

We take care not to transfer bacteria or parasites between local homes by following strict equipment protocols.

  • Kennel-grade disinfectant

We spray our tools and boot treads with disinfectant before opening your gate.

  • Waste never crosses yards

The mess from your yard goes straight into a bag, never into a shared bucket.

  • Sealed bags in the bin

Bags are tied tight and left in your own trash bin, or hauled away on request.

How we price your route

Every property is different, so we quote based on what your yard requires instead of using flat rates.

  • Number of dogs

More dogs mean more waste to track down, so prices increase for extra pets.

  • Yard size

Larger properties take more time to walk in our standard grid pattern.

  • Service frequency

Twice weekly visits cost less per stop than an every other week schedule.

  • Existing accumulation

The initial cleanup is quoted by how many weeks since the yard was last cleared.

  • Surface type

Rock beds and artificial turf require more careful sweeping than a flat lawn.

  • Access and location

Where you live in the valley and how we access the yard factor into the quote.

Basic service policies

Our service agreements are straightforward. We outline how we manage routes across the Las Vegas valley so you know what to expect from our team.

Scheduling

Routes run Monday through Saturday. We assign a fixed route day and a morning or afternoon window. We do not run routes on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day; visits shift to the next scheduled day.

Gates and dogs

We require gate access on your route day. A locked gate with no provided code counts as a completed visit, and our technician will leave a door hanger and a text message. Friendly dogs are welcome in the yard while we work. However, dogs that are anxious or protective must be secured inside before we enter the property.

Weather

We continue routes in light rain. If there is lightning or a flash-flood warning, service pauses and visits are made up on the next scheduled day. During the intense heat from June to September, summer routes begin at 6 AM.

Billing

Residential recurring plans are billed monthly to a card on file, processed on the first of the month. Your first month is prorated. Extra dogs or yard areas not included in the original quote will result in an updated price.

Cancellation

Our residential plans are completely month to month with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel at any time simply by giving us notice before your next route day. Skipped visits requested before 5 PM the day prior are credited to your account. Pauses of up to eight weeks keep your spot on the route.
