Installation

Setting up the stations

We install post-mounted pet waste stations featuring a bag dispenser and a lidded bin. These stations give residents the tools they need to clean up after their dogs, keeping shared lawns and walking paths clear of waste.

You can supply your own stations for us to install, or we can provide them. We offer placement guidance to place the stations where residents actually need them, while keeping them accessible for our maintenance team and your regular trash service.

How to start commercial service

We build a service plan designed for your property size and resident density.

  1. Property review

We review your property map to understand the scope and layout of the shared spaces.

  2. Walkthrough and proposal

We complete an on-site walkthrough and submit a written proposal with pricing and a schedule.

  3. Ongoing service and reports

We assign a named technician and provide a monthly service report by email detailing our work.

Where to place stations

Strategic placement increases resident use and makes maintenance more efficient.

  • Walking routes

Place stations along established walking paths where residents naturally take their dogs.

  • Entrances to shared areas

Position them at the gates of dog parks, community greens and shared pet relief areas.

  • Within reach of trash service

Check that the locations are accessible for whoever hauls the bagged waste away.

  • Visibility

Stations must be easily seen so new residents know where to find bags.

  • Shade and heat

In the Las Vegas heat, shaded placements help reduce odor from the waste bins.

  • Spacing on large sites

Large communities need multiple stations spaced out so a bin is within reach.

Our maintenance checklist

The tasks our technicians complete during a station service visit.

  • Check bag inventory

We open the dispenser and verify the current stock of waste bags.

  • Load new bags

We thread new bag rolls into the dispenser so they pull smoothly.

  • Empty the waste bin

We remove the accumulated waste and secure it for your property's trash service.

  • Secure the bagged waste

We empty the lidded bin and tie off the bags for the property's regular trash service to collect.

  • Sweep the immediate area

We scoop any waste left on the ground within fifteen feet of the station post.

  • Inspect hardware

We check the lid hinges, sign bolts and dispenser locks for damage.
