How the referral reward works
Building dense routes in the same neighborhood helps us keep our trucks efficient and our pricing stable. When you recommend us to a neighbor and they sign up for a weekly or twice weekly recurring plan, we reward both of you.
Once your neighbor completes their second full month of active service, we automatically credit both your account and their account for the cost of one regular visit. There are no limits to this program; if you refer five neighbors who stay on the route, you earn five free visits.

Program terms and restrictions
Eligibility rules
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred neighbor must be a completely new customer starting service at a new address in our Las Vegas valley service area. The reward only applies when the neighbor signs up for a recurring residential service plan; one-time cleanups do not qualify.
Receiving the credit
The reward is always applied as a financial credit to your next monthly bill following the neighbor’s second month of active service. We do not issue cash payouts for referrals. You must be an active recurring customer to receive and use the credit.
Offer combinations
The referral reward cannot be combined with the “first-visit-free” offer on the same account. If a new customer uses the referral program to sign up, they will receive the referral credit after their second month, but they will not receive their very first visit free.

No. There is absolutely no limit. You will receive a credit for one free visit for every single qualified neighbor you refer who completes their second month.
When does the credit show up on my bill?
The credit is applied to your next monthly invoice after your neighbor completes their second full month of active recurring service.
What if my neighbor only books a one-time cleanup?
The referral reward only applies when the new customer signs up for a regular recurring route plan (weekly, twice weekly, or every other week).
Do I have to use the form?
No. You can send us a text message, or your neighbor can simply mention your full name when they call or text to request their quote.
Can my neighbor combine this with the free first visit?
No. The referral reward cannot be combined with the “first-visit-free” offer on the new customer’s account.
