Frequently asked questions
Browse the details below to learn how our technicians manage routes across the Las Vegas valley.
Call (702) 000-0000Getting started
How do I start service?
Request a quote by form, phone or text. Once you confirm your plan and gate access, we assign your regular route day.
What is your service area?
We serve the Las Vegas valley including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Boulder City.
What happens on the first visit?
The first visit is an initial cleanup to clear existing accumulation. Once the old waste is gone, your regular recurring rate applies.
What should I expect on a normal visit?
We walk the yard in a grid, bag the waste for your bin, sanitize our tools and send a photo of your secured gate when we finish.
Scheduling and routes
Can I choose my route day?
We assign a specific route day based on your location to keep our driving efficient. You receive a morning or afternoon window.
Will I know when you are coming?
Yes. Our system sends a text message when the technician is heading to your neighborhood.
What if I need to skip a visit?
Just send us a text or email before 5 PM the day prior. Skipped visits with proper notice are credited to your account.
Can I pause my service while on vacation?
You can pause your service for up to eight weeks without losing your spot on the route.
Gates, dogs and access
Do I need to leave my gate unlocked?
You can leave it unlocked on route day or provide us with a combination code to keep on file.
What happens if my gate is locked?
If we cannot access the yard and have no code, it counts as a visit. We leave a door hanger and a text message, and the visit is not credited.
Can my dogs stay in the yard?
Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside while we clean the yard.
What if my dog is protective or anxious?
Dogs that are protective, anxious or have bitten in the past must be secured inside the house before we enter.
Pricing and billing
How much does a visit cost?
Prices start at $14 per visit for twice weekly service and $17 for weekly. Every yard is quoted based on dog count and size.
Do you charge more for multiple dogs?
Yes. Each additional dog adds $3 per visit to your base rate.
Is there a sign-up fee?
We do not charge a sign-up fee. Your first month is simply prorated based on when you start.
How do you handle billing?
We bill monthly. Your card on file is charged on the first of the month for the upcoming visits.
How do I cancel my service?
Since there is no long-term contract, you can cancel at any time with notice before your next route day.
Weather, heat and holidays
Do you clean yards in the rain?
We work through light rain. If there is lightning or a flash flood warning, we pause the route for safety.
When do you make up missed weather days?
Routes skipped for extreme weather are made up on your next scheduled service day.
How do you handle summer heat?
From June to September, our summer routes begin at 6 AM to avoid the extreme afternoon temperatures.
What is your holiday schedule?
We do not run routes on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. Those visits shift to the next route day.
Deodorizing, turf and products
What does the yard deodorizer do?
It is an enzyme and probiotic spray that breaks down the organic residue causing odors on rock and turf.
Does the spray kill bacteria or diseases?
No. Our deodorizer is designed strictly to control odors. It is not a sterilizer and does not eliminate parasites.
How long until my dogs can go outside?
Pets can go back into the yard as soon as the spray dries, which usually takes about twenty minutes.
Do you pressure wash patios?
We do not use pressure washers. We rinse artificial turf and concrete using your working outdoor hose spigot.
Commercial properties
How do you price commercial properties?
We review the property map, complete an on-site walkthrough and submit a written proposal with a schedule and price.
Do you require a commercial contract?
Yes. Commercial agreements are twelve months long and include a thirty-day cancellation clause.
Do you provide proof of service?
We keep written service records and email a monthly report detailing our grounds and station work.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We issue a certificate of insurance to property managers upon request.
What goes into your quote
We price each yard individually. Here are the main factors that change your monthly rate.
What sets the price
Your quote depends on your yard size, the frequency you choose and the type of surface we are cleaning.
Multi-dog homes
More dogs produce more waste, so each additional dog adds three dollars per visit.
The initial cleanup
We quote the first visit based on how many weeks of accumulation we need to clear.
Monthly billing
After the first month is prorated, we charge your card on file on the first of every month.
What we never charge
We never charge a sign-up fee, and cancelling your residential service is always free.
Deodorizer facts
Our spray helps control smells during the intense summer months. Here is what it does.
Enzyme and probiotic
The formula breaks down the organic residue that causes lingering smells in the heat.
Not a sterilizer
This spray is strictly for odor control. It does not kill disease or parasites in the soil.
Dry time
Your pets can go back out once the yard is dry, usually in about 20 minutes.
What it is not for
We cannot use chemical treatments on natural stone, and it is not a permanent odor remover.

Preparing for your route day
Help us complete a thorough cleanup by getting the yard ready for our technicians.
Unlock the gate
Keep the side gate unlocked on your route day or provide a combination code.
Secure anxious dogs
Keep protective dogs or dogs that have bitten inside the house while we work.
Remove yard hazards
Pick up scattered dog toys, garden hoses and any construction debris.
Mow the lawn
Keep natural grass under six inches tall so the waste remains visible to our team.
Provide water access
If you booked a turf rinse, leave your outdoor hose spigot turned on and working.
Clear standing water
Wait for standing water from monsoon rain or sprinklers to drain before your visit.
Our policy summary
Weather and delays
Las Vegas weather patterns directly affect our routes across the valley. We continue working in light rain, but lightning or flash flood warnings will pause our service for the safety of our technicians. Missed visits due to severe weather automatically shift to the next scheduled route day. During the extreme hot season from June to September, our trucks start routes at 6 AM to avoid the afternoon heat.
Locked gates and pet safety
We must have clear access to clean your yard. A locked side gate with no provided code counts as a completed visit; we will leave a door hanger and send a text message, but the visit is not credited to your account. Friendly dogs are always welcome to stay outside with us, but protective or highly anxious dogs must be secured safely indoors before we enter.
Pausing or cancelling service
You can pause service for up to eight weeks and keep your assigned spot on the route. Residential recurring service has no long-term contract. You can easily cancel at any time with a simple notice before your next scheduled route day. Skipped visits requested by 5 PM the day before are credited to your monthly billing statement.
Missed areas
If we ever miss a spot in your yard, simply send us a text message with a photo within twenty-four hours. A technician will return free of charge within two business days to clear the area, or we will apply a credit to your next monthly bill.
