Where we run routes
Our trucks cover most of the Las Vegas valley on fixed weekly schedules.
Our standard service area includes Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Sunrise Manor, Centennial Hills, Southern Highlands, Mountain's Edge, Green Valley, Boulder City and Whitney.
We schedule our routes by neighborhood to keep our technicians efficient, which keeps your monthly rate lower. When you request a quote, we use your address to assign your specific route day.

Route day availability
How we assign route days
To keep our fleet efficient and our pricing stable, route days are assigned by specific neighborhood and ZIP code. When you accept your free quote, our customer care coordinator will confirm your exact recurring route day (Monday through Saturday) and provide your morning or afternoon arrival window.
Boulder City service
Due to the travel distance from the main valley, Boulder City properties are serviced on a Friday route. This scheduling means we can provide consistent, reliable service to our clients in that specific area without disrupting the broader valley schedule.
Summer heat routes
Las Vegas heat requires adjustments to our normal schedule. To protect our technicians and complete the work safely, all summer routes begin at 6 AM from June through September. If you have a morning window during these months, please check that your gates are unlocked and any anxious dogs are secured early.
