Current offers and specials.

We keep our promotions straightforward, but there are a few standard rules to verify they are applied correctly to your account.

You may only apply one promotional offer per account at sign-up. The “First regular visit is free” offer is exclusively for new customers starting recurring service at a new address; it does not cover the cost of an initial cleanup if your yard has existing accumulation that must be cleared first. If you sign up using a neighbor’s referral, you will receive your referral credit after your second month, but you cannot use the “First visit free” offer on top of it.

The $20 discount on one-time cleanups is valid for jobs quoted and booked before December 31, 2026. The 10% discount for veterans, active military, and first responders requires a valid ID shown to the technician or emailed to the office, and the discount remains on the account permanently.
