What the service includes

Our technicians do more than just pick up the waste on these specialized surfaces.

  • Complete waste pickup

We locate and remove all solid dog waste from the hardscape or turf area.

  • Surface rinsing

We wash away the remaining residue using your working outdoor hose spigot.

  • Turf grooming

We brush artificial grass against the grain after a rinse so the blades stand up.

  • Sanitized tools

Our boots and tools are treated with a kennel-grade spray before entering.

How it works on route day

Here is what happens when we arrive to maintain your turf or patio.

  1. Clear the area

We walk the space, bag the solid waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin.

  2. Rinse the surface

We use your hose and a working outdoor spigot to rinse down the turf, concrete or pavers.

  3. Groom and finish

We brush the turf, check the gate latch and send a completion photo by text.

Requirements and limitations

Water access requirements

To rinse your artificial turf, concrete patio or dog run, we require access to a working outdoor hose spigot. Our technicians use your existing water connection to wash away the residue left after the solid waste is removed. Without a working spigot, we can only perform the solid waste pickup and turf brushing.

Service limitations

While a rinse washes away visible residue, it is not a deep clean. We do not use pressure washers on any residential or commercial property. We also cannot apply chemical treatments or harsh cleaners to natural stone pavers or delicate concrete finishes. If your yard has standing water from recent monsoon rains or heavy sprinkler use, that water must drain completely before we can perform the service.

What the rinse does

The standard rinse simply uses water pressure from your hose to wash away the fine organic matter that sticks to hardscaping and synthetic blades. It prevents waste from building up and hardening in the Las Vegas sun. It is a physical wash, not a chemical sterilization, and it does not kill parasites in the soil or underlying gravel.

Keeping the dog run clear

A side yard concrete dog run

The concrete surface was difficult to keep clean and dried waste was baking onto the pad in the summer heat.

Regular twice weekly pickup and rinsing removed the buildup, making the run manageable for the homeowners again.

About the turf brushing

Synthetic grass requires physical grooming to stay looking like a lawn.

  • Why we brush it

Heavy foot traffic and regular rinsing push the artificial blades down flat over time.

  • How it works

We use a specialized broom to brush the synthetic grass firmly against its natural grain.

  • The final result

Brushing lifts the blades back up, keeping the installation looking fresh and well-maintained.

Add-on

Add an odor treatment

Rinsing removes the physical residue, but synthetic turf and concrete can still hold onto odors when the temperature rises. Our yard deodorizing add-on is a yard-safe enzyme and probiotic spray that we apply after rinsing.

The formula breaks down the residue to control odor. It is not a sterilizer. Prices start from $12, and your pets can go back out once the yard is dry, usually in about 20 minutes.

Before your scheduled visit

Help our technicians work efficiently by prepping the hardscape areas.

  • Check the hose spigot

Check that your outdoor spigot is turned on and working properly.

  • Unlock the gate

Leave the side gate open or make sure we have your current combination code.

  • Bring anxious dogs inside

Keep protective or nervous dogs indoors while we are running the hose.

  • Clear the patio

Move dog toys, garden hoses and small furniture off the main cleaning area.

  • Let the yard drain

Wait for any standing water from rain or heavy sprinkler use to drain away.

  • Point out the boundaries

Let us know which patio areas or dog runs are included in the quote.

Questions about hardscape cleaning

Details on water access, pressure washing and how we handle natural stone.

Call (702) 000-0000
Do I need to provide the hose?

You just need to provide a working outdoor spigot and your own hose for us to rinse the turf or concrete.

Do you use a pressure washer?

No. We use standard water pressure from your home connection to rinse away the residue. We do not offer pressure washing services.

Can you use chemicals on my pavers?

We do not use chemical treatments or harsh cleaners, especially on natural stone, to prevent damaging your hardscaping.

Does the rinse sanitize the concrete?

No. The rinse washes away visible organic residue. It is a physical cleaning step, not a chemical sterilization process.

Why do you brush the artificial turf?

Foot traffic and regular rinsing push the synthetic blades flat. Brushing against the grain lifts them back up so the turf looks natural.

What if my yard floods during a storm?

We cannot service yards with standing water. If monsoon rains flood the patio, the water must drain completely before we can work.
