Schedules, weather and holidays

Route scheduling and windows

Our residential and commercial routes run Monday through Saturday. We assign your regular route day based on your ZIP code to keep our fleet efficient. You will receive a morning or afternoon arrival window. We send a text message when our technician is on the way to your property, and a completion text when the visit is finished.

Weather procedures

We work through light and moderate rain. If severe weather occurs, including lightning or flash-flood warnings, we will pause the route for the safety of our technicians. Routes skipped due to severe weather are made up on your next scheduled service day; we do not reschedule them for a separate day.

Summer heat routes

To operate safely in the extreme Las Vegas heat, all summer routes begin at 6 AM from June through September. Please leave your gates unlocked early during these months.

Holiday schedules

We do not run routes on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. If your normal route day falls on one of these holidays, your service simply shifts to your next regular scheduled route day.

Property access and pets

Gate access and codes

We require access to the agreed yard areas on your route day. You must leave the gate unlocked or provide us with a combination code to keep on file. If a gate is locked and we have no code, it counts as a completed visit. The technician will leave a door hanger and send a text message. The visit will not be credited or refunded.

Dogs in the yard

Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside in the yard while our technicians work. However, any dogs that are highly anxious, protective of their space, or have ever bitten must be secured inside the house before we enter the yard. If a technician judges a yard unsafe due to an unsecured dog, they will not enter. This counts as a completed visit and will not be credited.

Yard condition and visibility

We can only clean what we can see. If natural grass is over six inches tall, covered in heavy leaves, or obscured by construction debris, we cannot guarantee a complete cleanup. We also cannot service yards with standing water. The technician will clean the visible areas and note the limiting conditions in your completion text.

Billing, skips and cancellation

Billing boundaries

Residential recurring service is strictly month to month with no long-term contracts. We bill monthly, charging your card on file on the first of the month for that month’s visits. We do not charge a sign-up fee, and your first month is prorated based on when you start. Your quoted price covers the agreed number of dogs and yard size; extra dogs or accumulation require an updated quote.

Skips and pauses

If you need to skip a visit, you must send a text or email notice before 5 PM the day prior to your route day. Skipped visits with proper notice are credited to your next monthly bill. If you are traveling or the dogs will not be using the yard, you can pause your service entirely for up to eight weeks while keeping your assigned spot on the route.

Cancellation

Because there is no contract, you can cancel your recurring service at any time with no fee. We simply require notice before your next scheduled route day.

The re-scoop promise

If a technician misses a spot during a regular visit, report it to us within 24 hours with a photo. We will send someone to re-scoop the area free of charge within two business days, or apply a credit for the visit to your next bill.

Customer responsibilities

What we ask of you so we can complete your scheduled service.

  • Unlock the gate

Leave the side gate open or provide your current combination code.

  • Secure protective dogs

Bring dogs that are nervous or protective of their space indoors.

  • Pick up toys and hoses

Clear the lawn of dog toys, scattered hoses and construction debris.

  • Manage the grass

Keep natural grass mowed under six inches so waste remains visible.

  • Provide water access

If you booked a turf rinse, make sure your outdoor hose spigot is turned on and working.

  • Keep our number handy

Save our text number so you can reach out with any route or billing questions.

Deodorizing safety

Deodorizing and product safety

Our yard deodorizing add-on is an enzyme and probiotic spray designed to break down organic residue that causes odor on artificial turf, gravel, and natural lawns. It is a yard-safe formula intended strictly for odor control.

The deodorizer is not a sterilizer and does not eliminate parasites or diseases from the soil. Pets can safely return to the treated yard as soon as the spray has completely dried, which typically takes about twenty minutes in the Las Vegas climate.

Commercial service policies

Commercial agreements

All commercial services, including HOA grounds cleanup, apartment community sweeps, and pet waste station management, operate under a twelve-month service agreement. This agreement includes a thirty-day cancellation clause to provide flexibility for the property management board.

Proposals and invoicing

Every commercial property requires a map review and an on-site walkthrough before a written proposal is submitted. Once service begins, we bill commercial accounts by invoice on standard net 15 payment terms.

Reporting and insurance

We maintain written service records for all commercial properties. Our team emails a detailed monthly service report to the designated property manager or board contact. We maintain general liability insurance and provide our certificate of insurance upon request.

Privacy and communication

How we manage your information and stay in touch during your route.

  • Route texts

We send automated texts when we are on the way and when the visit is completed.

  • Email communication

We use email to send your monthly invoices and any commercial service reports.

  • Gate codes kept private

Your gate combination is stored securely and only shared with your assigned technician.

  • Office hours

We monitor texts and emails Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM.

Common policy questions

Answers to the rules that guide our daily routes.

Call (702) 000-0000
What if it rains on my route day?

We work through light rain. If severe weather like a flash-flood warning or lightning occurs, we pause service and make up the visit on your next scheduled day.

Do I have to pay if my gate is locked?

Yes. If we cannot access the yard and have no code, it counts as a completed visit. We leave a door hanger and the visit is not credited.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. Residential service is month to month. You can cancel at any time with notice before your next route day, and we will never charge a fee.

How do I skip a week?

Send us a text or email before 5 PM the day prior to your scheduled visit. We will skip the yard and credit the visit to your next monthly bill.

Will you haul the waste away?

Our standard service is to bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin. We can haul the bags away for a small quoted add-on fee.

Do you require a contract for HOAs?

Yes, commercial accounts use a twelve-month agreement, but it includes a thirty-day cancellation clause so the property maintains flexibility.
