What every visit includes

Our technicians follow a set routine in every yard so your property is respected and thoroughly cleaned.

  • Grid pattern search

The technician walks the agreed areas in a grid pattern to clear what your dogs left behind.

  • Waste safely bagged

Everything is collected into a bag, tied shut and placed in your outdoor trash bin.

  • Side gate secured

We pull the gate closed and check the latch before we leave the property.

  • Sanitized equipment

Our boots and tools are sprayed with a kennel-grade disinfectant between yards.

  • On the way update

You get a text message when the truck is heading toward your neighborhood.

  • Completion photo

We text you a photo of your secured side gate as soon as the yard is finished.

How regular service works

Getting your yard on a route is simple and starts with a conversation about your property.

  1. Request a quote

Send us your address and dog count. We reply with a price for regular visits.

  2. The initial cleanup

Our first visit clears all existing accumulation so we start with a clean slate.

  3. Your route day

You are assigned a fixed route day and a morning or afternoon arrival window.

  4. Texts and confirmation

You receive a text when we are on the way and a gate photo when we finish.

Property and access rules

To keep the routes moving and everyone safe, we ask our residential clients to follow a few simple guidelines.

  • Keep the gate unlocked

Leave your gate unlocked or provide a code. A locked gate counts as a visit.

  • Friendly dogs can stay out

Friendly dogs are welcome outside while our technicians are cleaning the yard.

  • Secure protective dogs

Dogs that are protective, anxious or have bitten must be secured inside the house.

  • Manage yard conditions

Keep grass under six inches tall and clear away standing water or large debris.

Initial cleanups are required for new customers with accumulation and are quoted based on how many weeks have passed since the last clearing.

What changes your quote

Every property is unique, which is why we quote each yard instead of using flat pricing.

  • Number of dogs

Each additional dog adds three dollars to your base per-visit rate.

  • Yard size

Larger properties take longer to sweep carefully, increasing the route time.

  • Service frequency

More frequent visits generally mean a lower cost for each individual stop.

  • Existing accumulation

The first visit is priced by how much waste is already sitting in the yard.

  • Surface type

Artificial turf and decorative rock require more detailed sweeping than a lawn.

  • Location and access

Your spot in our valley service area and how we enter the yard affect the price.

The Quail Scoop promise

The Quail Scoop promise

We want you to trust that the job is done right every single week. If you ever find a spot that our technician missed during a scheduled visit, just send us a text with a photo of the area within twenty-four hours.

We will send a technician back to re-scoop the missed spot free of charge within two business days, or we will apply a credit for that visit directly to your next monthly bill.

From the residential routes

Hear what homeowners across the valley have to say about our weekly service.

  • “They show up on my scheduled route day every week. The completion text with a photo of the latched gate lets me know they finished the visit, so I can let my dogs back into the yard. The technicians are friendly and always lock up before they head to the next house.”

    Weekly service in Summerlin

  • “The initial cleanup cleared out three months of accumulation from our rock bed. We switched to the twice weekly visits, and the regular schedule keeps waste from building up. I appreciate that they spray their boots between yards so they do not track anything into our property.”

    Thomas L.

    Twice weekly in Enterprise

  • “We get a text when they are on the way, which makes it easy to bring our protective shepherd inside before they open the side gate.”

Common residential questions

Call (702) 000-0000All questions
Do I need to be home?

No. Just leave the gate unlocked or provide a code. We will text you when we finish.

What happens if my gate is locked?

A locked gate with no code counts as a visit. We leave a door hanger, text you and the visit is not credited.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Residential service is strictly month to month. You can pause or cancel at any time with notice before your route day.

How do you handle billing?

We bill monthly. Your card on file is charged on the first of the month, and your first month is prorated.

Do you work in the rain?

We work through light rain, but pause for lightning or flash flood warnings. Skipped routes are made up on your next scheduled day.

What happens to the waste?

We bag it securely, tie it off and place it in your own outdoor trash bin. We can haul it away on request for an add-on fee.
