The walkthrough
Why we require a walkthrough
Commercial properties in Las Vegas range from small apartment courtyards to sprawling master-planned communities. A map review helps us understand the footprint, but an on-site walkthrough allows us to see where residents walk their dogs and where waste accumulates.
During the walkthrough, we check the condition of any existing pet waste stations and confirm the cleanup zones. This physical inspection is how we outline the schedule and prepare a written proposal for the property.

Insurance and team credentials
We run a professional fleet with insured, background-checked, uniformed W-2 employees.
General liability insured
We carry active general liability insurance and supply the certificate on request.
Background-checked employees
Every technician passes a background check before they step onto your property.
Uniformed W-2 staff
We do not use contractors. Our technicians are direct employees in marked uniforms.
Stations
Pet waste station management
Pet waste stations only work if they have bags and empty bins. We install post-mounted stations with bag dispensers and lidded bins, or we can take over the maintenance of the hardware your community already owns. We offer placement guidance so they sit along natural walking routes.
Our standard station service includes restocking the bag dispensers and emptying the waste bins. During each stop, the technician also sweeps the area within fifteen feet of the station for any dropped waste and inspects the hardware so the lids and signs remain secure.

“They walk the shared green spaces of our apartment complex twice a week. It has been great for the community, and the complaints we were getting from residents dropped. The technicians empty the waste bins and check the station hardware on every visit.”
Amanda K.
“We hired Quail Scoop to keep the entrance strip of our veterinary clinic clear of waste. The regular route schedule manages the buildup from visiting dogs, and the technicians spray their boots with disinfectant before walking the property.”
