Position details

About the role

The customer care coordinator keeps our routes running efficiently and checks our clients are happy. Working from our Las Vegas office, you are the first point of contact for new quote requests and the primary support for our existing residential and commercial clients. You manage the daily dispatch, keeping the field technicians informed of any gate issues or schedule changes.

What you will do

You will answer phone calls and respond to incoming emails and texts during business hours. Your daily responsibilities include building the daily route sheets, updating gate combination codes in our secure system, and processing the first-of-the-month billing for all recurring accounts.

You will quote new residential jobs based on yard size and dog count, and you will assist the route manager in organizing commercial walkthroughs. You are the hub of communication between the clients and the technicians out in the heat.

What we look for

We need a highly organized, reliable professional who thrives on keeping a schedule moving. You must have excellent phone and email etiquette and the ability to calmly resolve client concerns, such as a missed spot or a locked gate issue. You should be comfortable navigating routing software and managing a payment processing dashboard.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office role. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. The office is closed on Sundays.

Pay and benefits

This is a W-2 employment position. Hourly pay is competitive and will be discussed directly at the interview. You will receive fully paid training to learn our routing and billing software. This role works exclusively inside our climate-controlled office; you are not required to run routes in the summer heat.
